General Policy

Our Return Policy

All purchases are considered final, subject to the legal rights applicable in your country of residence. We do not accept returns or refunds except in the cases explicitly described below.

Manufacturing defect or non-conformity? Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via our Contact page with: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

After review, we will offer either a product replacement or a store credit of equivalent value.

EU & UK Customers

European & UK Rights

Mandatory legal right

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

How to exercise your right

  • Contact us at hello@getyengo.com within 14 days of receipt
  • Return the product in its original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective
  • Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Canadian Customers

Canadian Consumer Rights

Under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is defective or does not conform to what was described at the time of purchase.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective item
  • We will offer a replacement or store credit
  • Canadian Consumer Protection Act rights are respected in full

  2. Include your order number, reason, and photos if applicable
  3. Our team responds within 2 hours (7 days a week)
  4. We will send return instructions if your request is approved
