About YENGO Products

Which YENGO should I buy for Japan?

If it's your first Japan trip, we recommend the YENGO Classic — our bestseller. It holds all 6 yen denominations and fits in any pocket. For minimal packing, go with the YENGO Mini.

Does it hold all Japanese yen coins?

Yes. Every YENGO product is designed to hold all 6 Japanese yen coin denominations: ¥1, ¥5, ¥10, ¥50, ¥100, and ¥500.

What is the difference between Hard Case and Soft Pouch?

Hard Case organizers (Classic, Mini, Pro, Compact) use rigid ABS plastic with labeled slots for instant one-thumb dispensing. Soft Pouch organizers (Travel, Coin Purse) are flexible and lighter — ideal for minimal travelers.

Can I use YENGO for other currencies?

YENGO is optimized for Japanese yen coins. The slot sizes are designed specifically for ¥1 through ¥500 denominations. It may not fit coins from other currencies.

How long does shipping take?

3–7 business days for US, Canada, and Europe. 5–10 days for Asia Pacific. 7–14 days for the rest of the world. See our full Shipping Policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order has likely already been processed. Contact us immediately at hello@getyengo.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for manufacturing defects or non-conforming items reported within 48 hours of receipt. EU and UK customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. See our full Returns Policy.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours at hello@getyengo.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately.
